Meet Shaun Leway

After 20 years of dedicated service in the United States Air Force, Shaun Leway wanted to take the values of Integrity, Service, and Excellence instilled in him to the Property Management industry. Maryland has been home to Shaun since 2013, when he and his family got station at Ft Meade and bought their first home in Crofton. Duty called, and after a 3 year tour in overseas, Shaun and his family returned to Maryland where he and his wife started planing for retirement from Active Military service. CVPM started at the intersection of Shaun's own experiences as a landlord while overseas and not finding a suitable property manager and a co-worker expressing the need for help managing his house when he got an overseas assignment.

Shaun started CVPM while still serving his last year in the military, and wasn't looking to grow until after retirement, but doing a good job always brings more work, and CVPM grew faster than expect. Shaun is deeply motivated to serve all Owners and Tenants as if he was serving his God, treating each property as it were his own. Shaun keeps close ties with his military community, ensuring both inbound and outbound families have a resource to help them find a suitable house.
